Established ARKU quality

Appropriate quality techniques, such as FMEAs (failure modes and effects analyses) are applied when the machines are still in the design stage. All machines are tested as far as possible with samples of the customer’s material and accepted by the internal quality management team before they are delivered.

Even after certification according to VDA 6.4 in 2002, ARKU is continuing to focus on consistent quality management. With the internal TopFit programme, ARKU is working towards Total Quality.

Environmental protection and the sparing use of resources is an important part of our company philosophy. ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH undertakes to comply with all relevant environmental laws and specifications and holds an environmental certificate.

KAIZEN

Kaizen has played a key role in the development of ARKU since 2005. In 2007, we achieved sustained success in production and logistics. During the 5S-campaign, ARKU achieved a 96% score and accomplished the target goal.
Loosely translated, “Kaizen” means: change for the better. Continuous improvement in products and services means ARKU stands for high quality and customer satisfaction now, and in the future.
